Hae Young Kim

Piano

Hae Young Kim is an active member of the Music Teachers National Association and Georgia Music Teachers Association. She has been a member on the board of the Atlanta Music Teachers Association since 2018-2026. She has been serving as a co-chair of the Atlanta Piano Festival from 2019 to 2026. She has been invited as a judge for the SYAPC Festival.

Hae Young Kim received a Master of Music Degree in piano performance at the University of Florida. While pursuing her music degree in performance, she received a graduate teaching assistantship at the University of Florida and taught piano skills classes along with teaching vocal major students.

Hae Young Kim joined Atlanta Music Academy in 2022 and has been teaching at Woodward Academy ever since. Her students have actively participated in National Federation of Music Clubs and have won multiple certificates. Some of them received trophies from the NFMC festival. Her students have also participated in the Atlanta Piano Festival as well as the Romantic Impressionistic Competition. Hae Young Kim’s students also perform recitals

numerous times for Christmas, Winter, and Spring.
